Shipping

Shipping options can be seen during the checkout process. We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air. You do not have to complete the checkout process to get shipping quotes. Simply add your items to your basket, click on "Checkout", "Place Order without an account", fill in the form with your address and the next page displays your shipping options and prices.


Returns

Every item in our catalogs comes with myhuntinggears 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item within 30 days.

My Hunting Gear will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway,the item will NOT be accepted back. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Custom shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
Simply send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Relations at 1-866-748-1076 or contact us by e-mail info@myhuntinggear.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.


Privacy

We do not share any personal information with any outside companies. It is used to process your order only. We will occasionally send e-mail offers to our customers, but your e-mail address will never be given to an outside company.
